Whatever you choose, you create your life as it is. YOU make your life what it is with your choices and your actions.
Consider, what is something you want to do today or over the next 2-3 days? (Pause for your answer; write it down if it is important.)
And then consider ...
(1) what will you tell yourself if/when you do that? And,
(2) what will you tell yourself if/when you don't do that?
How do your answers feel? Let your answers and your feelings be your guide.
The more you let your feelings guide you in your decisions, the less likely you are to make excuses or feel regrets for your actions.
